Delivery within EU is £5.00, for purchase of £120 or more freight is free of charge.
Delivery outside EU is £10.00, for purchase of £120 or more freight is free of charge.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark and we aim to send out orders within EU in 2 business days, out side EU 5 business days. However, please allow 7-10 days before contacting our customer services department. You will receive a GLS tracking no. by mail when it has been shipped.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your parcel up from the carrier's depot or local sorting office.
We do not deliver to PO Box.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
As long as it hasn't been processed we are able to change your delivery address.
What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company.

1 year Returns Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Purelime website. We believe that you will be happy with your PureLime Garment and we believe in our products, therefore if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with all hangtags and in org. bag) within 1 year from the date of despatch.
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Purelime website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
In order to return your order by post, please send to PureLime return department with the invoice included in the package, were you inform why it has been returned. Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are mislaid whilst in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories or instruction booklets, and the relevant receipt and despatch note. The refund will be made to the card used when placing your order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased excluding any delivery charges for the return. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
Please note we currently do not offer an exchange service via post. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the goods as above and then contact our customer services department on +45 70 22 21 28
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item under this 28-Day Returns Guarantee unless you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us in which case we will refund your postage costs upon verification.

Please be aware that incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded or exchanged.
We are happy to offer a refund on all items providing they are returned within 28 days unworn, in resaleable condition, with any tags and swing tickets still attached. Please ensure that all items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is normally 7 working days from the day after the date on which the item in question was delivered.
To cancel your order, please provide us with written notice by post to: PureLime ApS, Egelund A20, DK-6200 Aabenraa, Denmark or by email to email@example.com, in each case within the statutory cooling-off period and giving details of the items ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please replace the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your despatch note to the above address.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including any delivery charges and card processing charges. However, please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Accuracy of Content
Price and PaymentThe price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT where applicable. However, orders will only be accepted providing there is no major error in the prices or descriptions shown.
Postage and packaging (P&P) charges will always be confirmed before you finalise your order.
